One-way valve is produced with technology from American SPM company. The one-way valve is standard water flowing style. It is precision casted with hardness alloy steel. The both ends are connected with union.The thread and ball surface joints are in accordance with ASME standard. We could also offer products upon the customers’ request.
Boomerang style one-way valve is forged with hardness alloy steel. It has concise appearance, easy to equip in the pipe line.
The baffle in the valve surface vulcanizing a layer nitrile rubber buna, so that it could be used for a long time. If it is broken, you should have it changed. The valves were tested by hydrostatic pressure before EX-Plant, which was to make it reliable and safe.
The one-way is mainly used to insulate well fluid, high pressure treatment and well maintenance equipment. The one-way valves which were used in the standard water flowing are 2" or 3", the maximum pressure these valves could bear is 105 MPa.
